We here at Pick a Pet sell pets. We sell to people who are looking for a new fun companion or future breeder for their private collection. We do not sell products. We specialize in living beings and we treat them as such. We at Pick a Pet take pride in our keeping and raising of our pets and we want to ensure that they go to good, knowledgeable homes which is why we love questions! We want our loved pets getting the best home possible!

We at Pick A Pet have loved animals since we were young. We loved them much that the founder of Pick a Pet graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Animal Science with Pre-Veterinary training with a minor in Zoology. He has also taken several exotic animal medicine classes to further his knowledge.

Before he was interested in Veterinary Medicine, he was interested in Zoology. Richard has taken several upper division Zoological courses, such as Herpetology. During that time he learned every reptile native to his home, Southern California, and even spent 3 days in the Mojave catching various reptiles.
